Growth Marketer

About the role

Alan is building a prevention insurance platform that combines insurance, prevention and care, and is hiring a Growth Marketer across France, Spain, Belgium and Canada. The Growth Marketing team covers acquisition, segment and market growth, partnerships, content, experimentation and international expansion. As a Growth Marketer you will independently own an ambiguous but defined growth problem, from diagnosis through execution, prioritising high-impact actions and connecting your work to measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Scale paid acquisition, grow visibility in AI search and LLMs such as ChatGPT, and develop strategic partnerships
• Craft the go-to-market strategy for different segments (retirees, freelancers, companies, etc.)
• Produce performance creatives using AI workflows to create assets at scale
• Design and run experiments, campaigns or programmes end to end
• Coordinate stakeholders and move initiatives forward with limited direction
• Use business and performance data to make decisions and build a clear learning loop

Required profile

• Experience owning a meaningful Growth, acquisition, segment, market or related marketing scope
• Ability to make decisions based on evidence and business impact
• Hands-on execution combined with an understanding of adjacent teams and activities
• Clear communication and constructive stakeholder management
• Curiosity, adaptability and willingness to expand your scope over time
• Advanced written and verbal English (B1-C1 level)
