Group Training Manager – Neurology & Oncology

About the role

Reporting to the Manager of the Oncology and Medical Affairs Team within Global Learning & Development Operations, you will design and deliver scientific training for the Neurology and Oncology portfolio across headquarters and international affiliates. The position is based in Suresnes and involves regular international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Design, structure and deploy global scientific learning pathways for existing products and upcoming launches, with a focus on Neurology and Oncology.
• Translate complex scientific data—including disease mechanisms, clinical results and pipeline developments—into clear, impactful training content for diverse audiences.
• Maintain scientific consistency, update content continuously and align training with medical, regulatory and strategic changes.
• Organise and facilitate initial and ongoing training sessions, both in‑person and remotely.
• Coordinate internal and external speakers, manage contracting processes and collaborate with Medical Affairs, R&D, Global Product Strategy and World Operations.

Required profile

• Advanced scientific degree (MD, Pharmacist or PhD) with mandatory experience in Neurology and preferably Oncology.
• Strong interest in scientific training and experience with instructional design or international learning deployment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to lead complex cross‑functional projects in an agile environment.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
