Group Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and business‑oriented Group Financial Controller to join our Finance team. You will be responsible for steering the financial performance of a portfolio of 26 hotels and our headquarters, partnering closely with operational and corporate stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the monthly financial closing process in collaboration with Accounting.
• Monitor hotel performance through KPI analysis, forecasts and detailed P&L reviews.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, management reporting and ad‑hoc financial analyses.
• Oversee management fees, rent and service charge reviews, as well as Capex and FF&E tracking.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements, insurance and other financial obligations.
• Act as a key business partner for hotels, supporting operational teams on controlling topics.
• Support continuous process improvements and collaborate closely with Operations, HR, Revenue & Sales teams.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in financial controlling, preferably within hospitality or multi‑site operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of hotel P&L and financial reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented and business‑minded approach.
