Graphic Designer – Team Lead (Paris)

About the role

Xerox Design Studio is looking for a proactive Graphic Designer to lead a small team and deliver high‑quality creative work across print and digital projects. Based in Paris, you will work in a fast‑paced studio environment supporting client‑facing initiatives and internal campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create, adapt, and amend visual assets for print and digital channels, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines.
• Produce production‑ready artwork and prepare files for both print and digital deployment.
• Support the development of presentations, reports, bid documents, and campaign materials.
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously, responding quickly to urgent requests and shifting priorities.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and studio quality standards across all deliverables.
• Handle sensitive and confidential client information with strict adherence to security and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a design studio, agency, or in‑house environment.
• Fluent in French and English, comfortable working in a professional business setting.
• Strong layout, typography, and visual composition abilities.
• Solid understanding of print production processes and artwork setup.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure with high attention to detail.
• Trustworthy, professional, and discreet when dealing with confidential material.
