Grants Management Officer – Paris

About the role

Acted is seeking a Grants Management Officer to support its field teams in Paris. Working under the Grant Manager, you will ensure that proposals, reports and amendments meet donor and organisational standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate project proposals, reports and amendments prepared by field teams.
• Ensure contractual obligations and donor guidelines are followed during implementation.
• Facilitate internal coordination with HR, Finance, Programmes and other departments on grant‑related issues.
• Report challenges or issues to the Grant Manager and Programmes Director.
• Support project development, external relations and partner follow‑up.
• Monitor donor procedures, manage filing systems and contribute to internal training.
• Assist with staff recruitment and management related to grant activities.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Political Science, International Relations, International Development or a related field.
• Experience working in the humanitarian sector on the field.
• Strong understanding of grant cycles, donor compliance and reporting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
