Global Visual Merchandising Designer (Fixed‑term)

About the role

The Global Visual Merchandising Designer will join the Store Design & Visual Merchandising team at Kilian Paris headquarters. Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will shape the visual identity of the brand across institutional stores and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Create global visual merchandising (VM) planograms for each retail format and adapt them for local markets.
• Develop VM guidelines for new store openings and produce institutional VM materials, including design, supplier sourcing, and production follow‑up.
• Research VM standards, propose innovative display solutions, and ensure consistent brand compliance across regions.
• Lead VM projects linked to marketing launches: design windows, podiums, press‑event setups, and campaign installations.
• Support the French affiliate in field installations and monitor launch retro‑planning.
• Recommend appropriate merchandising tools and methods to guarantee high‑quality execution and brand visibility.

Required profile

• Graduate from a design, visual merchandising or art school.
• 3‑4 years of experience in the luxury or beauty sector.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Highly organized, creative, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple, unplanned tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
