About the role

The Global Transaction Banking Graduate Programme offers recent graduates the chance to develop deep product knowledge and commercial insight within Barclays' corporate banking division. Participants will rotate through various teams, gaining exposure to payment solutions, risk controls, and client‑facing activities.

Key responsibilities

Support small research projects and strategic analysis for transaction banking.
Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings to senior management.
Collaborate with product managers to develop and test innovative payment solutions.

Required profile

Motivated and curious graduate (or soon‑to‑be graduate) with a degree in any discipline.
Fluent in English and French.
Strong analytical and communication skills, demonstrated through extracurricular activities or projects.
