Global Sourcing Manager – IT Procurement

About the role

Lactalis Group is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager for IT to lead a €65 million spend across hardware, software, communication and services. Based at the headquarters in Laval, the role combines strategic sourcing with hands‑on leadership of a worldwide buyer network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tenders and negotiations for strategic IT projects.
• Design and execute global sourcing strategies for all IT categories.
• Develop IT procurement expertise across the group and share best practices.
• Maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders to align needs and solutions.
• Build and adapt supplier relationships according to portfolio strategy and supplier maturity.
• Manage a functional network of 10+ regional and local buyers.
• Contribute to the global economic performance of the IT category.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in IT procurement.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication skills with leadership potential.
• Ability to align strategy with stakeholders and prioritize pragmatically.
• Experience covering end‑to‑end procurement, from operational execution to strategic sourcing.
• Tenacious, adaptable and capable of building credibility within a network.
• Positive attitude, open to feedback and self‑aware.
