Gestionnaire Paie (F/H)

About the role

We are seeking a Payroll Manager (F/H) for a client located in Nice, France. The position is offered on a permanent (CDI) basis through the recruitment agency PAY JOB, which specializes in payroll and HRIS solutions. The successful candidate will join the client’s finance team and be responsible for the end‑to‑end payroll process.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with French legislation.
• Maintain payroll records, validate timesheets, and manage employee data changes.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners such as social security agencies and banks.
• Produce payroll reports, statutory filings and support internal audits.
• Provide guidance to employees on payroll‑related queries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in payroll administration within a French context.
• Strong knowledge of French payroll regulations, social contributions and tax rules.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential data.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
