Gestionnaire Commercial – Gestion de portefeuille clients

About the role

Amcor Flexibles Sélestat is looking for a Commercial Manager to act as the main interface between customers, the site, and the sales team. You will be responsible for managing, developing, and retaining a portfolio of clients while ensuring high‑quality service and contributing to process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily client requests such as complaints, orders, and product inquiries.
• Guarantee client satisfaction by meeting quality, quantity, delivery, price, and stock requirements in line with company standards.
• Provide guidance and answers to customers on existing products and services.
• Support the growth of the client and prospect portfolio together with field sales representatives.
• Prepare, update, and share client‑tracking tables and activity reports.
• Maintain commercial information across communication channels.
• Serve as the liaison between customers and internal departments.
• Participate in maintaining the service level target.

Required profile

• Fluent French and English (minimum B2 level).
• Additional foreign language (German, Italian or Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience in customer service within an industrial (manufacturing or packaging) environment, handling orders and client follow‑up.
• Degree or equivalent higher education.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Pack Office).
• Working knowledge of SAP.
