Account Executive – New Business

About the role

Dolead is looking for an Account Executive – New Business to drive growth for its French hub. Reporting to the Head of French Hub, you will own the full sales cycle across high‑volume acquisition verticals such as insurance, energy and telecom.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events and account‑based approaches.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers, run discovery meetings and assess the economic potential of opportunities.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and ensure smooth handover to account management.
• Share market insights, contribute to category development and identify scalable partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Solid experience in a full‑cycle B2B sales or Account Executive role.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline without relying solely on inbound leads.
• Strong curiosity about client acquisition economics and ability to discuss CAC, ROI and conversion metrics.
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and managing multiple decision‑makers.
• Autonomous, structured and motivated to explore new markets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern prospecting, sequencing and CRM tools.
