Full‑time Sales Associate – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

FRAME is seeking a full‑time Sales Associate for its Cannes boutique. The role is the front‑line of the brand, responsible for delivering a premium customer experience while driving sales of ready‑to‑wear, denim and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling advice and build lasting client relationships.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor.
• Assist with receiving shipments, stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with team members, attend product trainings and contribute to store meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience in a high‑end environment.
• Passion for fashion and up‑to‑date knowledge of trends.
• Strong communication skills in English and French; additional languages a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts.
• EU work authorization.

Required skills

• Experience with POS systems or retail software.
