Full Stack Data Engineer

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a Full Stack Data Engineer to turn health data into actionable insights. You will join a fast‑growing data team that directly influences the wellbeing of millions of members across several countries.

Key responsibilities

• Explore health consumption patterns and product usage to generate business‑critical insights.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines that automate reimbursement and reporting processes.
• Create dashboards and tools for sales, product, and operations teams.
• Own and evolve the data infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and scientists to deliver end‑to‑end data solutions.

Required profile

• Passionate about solving ambitious problems with simple, robust solutions.
• Demonstrated impact in a previous data‑focused role.
• Willingness to work across analytics, engineering, and data science, or deep expertise in one of these areas.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
