Data Center Infrastructure Engineer (DCIE)

About the role

The Data Center Infrastructure Engineer (DCIE) is responsible for managing and streamlining operations of data center critical environments. The role leads both recurring and ad‑hoc technical projects to mitigate risks, ensure resilience and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect technical data from operations engineers, vendors and customers to define roadmaps.
• Establish risk maps, action and contingency plans, and lead seasonal readiness projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, operations, facilities) to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Monitor vendor performance, conduct technical audits and support quality‑assurance processes.
• Communicate project status, milestones and metrics to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in mission‑critical operations or similar role.
• 2+ years experience in project management or managing complex processes.
• Fluent English (B2/C1).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Energy Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
