Front Office Host – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

As a Front Office Host you are the first smile guests see, creating warm welcomes and genuine conversations from the moment they arrive. You move effortlessly between the desk and the lobby, shaping the vibe of the hotel and adding personal touches that make each stay memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and set a great atmosphere from the start.
• Assist with check‑ins, payments and guide guests through kiosk navigation.
• Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with the right energy.
• Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events, restaurants and experiences.
• Handle bookings for activities, restaurants and other services.
• Share guest insights and feedback with the team to improve every stay.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote TSH outlets and identify upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest‑facing role.
• Energetic, welcoming vibe that makes people feel at home.
• Ability to switch between tasks without losing your smile.
• Proactive mindset and love turning small moments into memorable ones.
• Clear communication in English and French.
• Team player who stays cool and confident during busy peaks.

Required skills

• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Familiarity with digital check‑in kiosks.
• Comfort using guest messaging apps.
