Freelance Talent Sourcer (Remote, France)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Freelance Talent Sourcer to join our partner’s recruitment team. Working remotely from France, you will use innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage high‑quality candidates across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, X‑Ray search, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow and social media.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to spot hiring trends.
• Evaluate candidate availability, motivation and fit before submission.
• Obtain Right to Represent (RTR) authorizations and keep accurate sourcing records.
• Submit qualified profiles through the partner portal and screen for technical and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate candidate communication and support interview scheduling as required.

Required profile

• Experienced recruitment professional comfortable working independently on multiple searches.
• Strong Boolean search capabilities and familiarity with advanced sourcing methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for building reliable talent pipelines.
