About the role

Join Onepilot as a freelance Customer Care Agent, helping e‑merchants’ customers solve their issues. After completing e‑learning training, you will use a knowledge base to respond to inquiries via email, chat, or phone, working from home.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone using the Onepilot knowledge base.
Complete e‑learning training modules for each client before handling tickets.
Work from home and get paid per ticket based on its complexity.

Required profile

Comfortable using new technologies and computer tools.
Strong problem‑solving attitude, curious and dynamic.
Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
Available at least 20 hours per week.
