France Content Specialist

About the role

Bump is looking for an ambitious, growth-obsessed Content Specialist to bring French internet culture into its Paris office and lead all content and creator efforts for the French market. The goal is to take Bump to #1 on the App Store in France and keep it there. The role is full-time and requires working in person in the Paris office.

Key responsibilities

• Own the growth of Bump in France and lead all content and creator efforts for the French market.
• Create high-performing TikToks, Reels and UGC-style ads that people want to watch.
• Build and manage a pipeline of French creators and run influencer campaigns with top French creators and micro-influencers.
• Write briefs, give notes and help external creators deliver strong content.
• Work closely with paid marketing to turn great content into strong performance.
• Jump on trends early and write creative briefs, then collaborate daily in the Paris office with growth, distribution and product teams.
• Join brainstorms, test ideas quickly and help shape the creative direction of Bump.
• Support launches, events and French-focused activations.

Required profile

• 1-5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer or creator); experience making content for ads, especially UGC, is required.
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends and the French creator landscape.
• French and English; ideally grew up in France.
• Must be willing to work in person in Paris.
