FPSO Project Control Lead Services

About the role

The FPSO Project Control Lead Services will coordinate all project control functions for the Venus FPSO EPSCC scope. Based primarily in Paris with missions in Singapore and Geoje, the role ensures consistent planning, reporting, document control and contract management across a multinational team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a 10‑person project control team, aligning planning, reporting, document control, contract management, IT systems and administrative support.
• Develop and maintain integrated control systems and procedures to monitor progress, cost, documentation and contractual compliance.
• Produce integrated reports, dashboards and KPIs for internal and external stakeholders, consolidating schedule, cost, risk and documentation status.
• Coordinate activities of planning, document control, contract, IT and assistant functions to ensure consistency and traceability.
• Oversee contractor performance, variation order tracking and milestone validation in line with EPSCC phases.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• 10–15 years of project control experience in oil & gas or large‑scale industrial projects, including FPSO or offshore developments.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary project control teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
