FP&A Assistant Intern or Apprentice

About the role

Euronext is looking for an FP&A Assistant Intern or Apprentice to join its Financial Planning & Analysis team in Paris. The position is open as a six-month internship or apprenticeship, starting as soon as possible, and reports to the FP&A Manager. The Finance team covers reporting, financial steering, budgeting, tax and treasury management.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and monthly closings
• Contribute to the analysis of the Group's financial performance and that of its entities
• Prepare financial reports, variance analyses and presentations for management
• Collect, consolidate and analyse financial data from different departments
• Help improve reporting and analysis tools and processes
• Work with business teams to understand operational and financial challenges
• Assist in preparing business cases and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making

Required profile

• Master's-level student (business school, university or equivalent) specialising in finance, management control or audit
• Analytical mindset, rigour and ability to work with numerical data
• Organised, able to meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and communication with a wide range of stakeholders
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken

Required skills

• Strong command of Excel and financial reporting tools
• Knowledge of an EPM system or Power BI is a plus
