Finance Management Programme – 2‑Year Leadership Rotation

About the role

The Finance Management Programme at Airbus is a two‑year accelerated development track for finance professionals who want to assume senior financial leadership within the aerospace group. Participants are hired as permanent employees and rotate through strategic finance positions across Airbus Commercial Aircraft, Defence & Space and Helicopters in France and Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement and cost control activities for Defence & Space in Manching, Germany.
• Lead business planning, cash‑flow monitoring and year‑end reporting for Combat Air Systems.
• Drive structural cost controlling and financial consolidation projects for Airbus Helicopters in Marignane, France.
• Contribute to group corporate controlling in Blagnac, France, including financial strategy, performance analysis and compliance.
• Participate in digitalisation initiatives, tool improvement and AI‑driven reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience in an international environment.
• Proven ability to deliver results in complex, multi‑stakeholder settings.
• Strong analytical mindset and business‑partnering orientation.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills (French or German) are a plus.
