Finance Controller – CRM – France & Benelux

About the role

The Finance Controller – CRM for France, Belgium and Luxembourg will lead the finance function supporting the CRM business unit. Reporting to senior management, the role combines financial planning, reporting, and strategic partnership with commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance team (3 direct, 6 indirect) responsible for CRM activities in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Own P&L, balance‑sheet planning, Latest Best Estimate (LBE) and monthly reporting, ensuring GAAP compliance and alignment with Abbott policies.
• Act as business partner to the General Manager of France & Benelux and collaborate with regional commercial leaders on pricing and growth initiatives.
• Drive large strategic finance projects, provide insights to senior management, and prepare executive presentations.
• Identify tactical and strategic risks, develop mitigation strategies, and continuously improve financial planning and reporting processes.
• Maintain high‑quality, timely financial information to support decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably in an affiliate supporting a commercial organization.
• Fluent in English and French.
