Facilities Services Contracts Manager

About the role

As Facilities Services Contracts Manager you will be responsible for implementing all critical and non‑critical environment site services contracts within the data centre, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and health & safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all service provider contracts include requirements for maintaining both critical and non‑critical assets.
• Enforce adherence to Health and Safety statutory requirements, aligned with corporate and local policies.
• Lead tendering and negotiation processes to secure the best price/quality balance for services.
• Procure and coordinate services from 30+ providers, managing documentation and performance evaluations.
• Support the Operations team in holding vendors accountable to KPIs and SLAs.

Required profile

• Commercially astute contracts professional with strong experience managing complex facilities and service contracts in operational environments.
• Proven ability to balance service quality, cost, compliance and operational resilience.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with internal teams and external providers.
• Detail‑focused, proactive and confident in negotiation and risk management.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of contract requirements for critical and non‑critical assets.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety statutory requirements and ability to enforce compliance.
• Expertise in tendering, negotiating and securing contracts that balance quality and cost.
• Strong organisational skills for managing documentation and service provider records.
