Extended Enterprise Product Manager (m/f)

About the role

Airbus Helicopters in Marignane is looking for an Extended Enterprise Product Manager (m/f) within the Digital directorate's "Digital Infrastructure and Platforms" domain. The role delivers and deploys Extended Enterprise solutions for suppliers, partners, customers and employees, managing the full product lifecycle and meeting operational SLAs. It is a permanent position on a local contract, based in the Marseille area.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Extended Enterprise business projects, change requests and demand management, and provide a complete solution to suppliers, partners, customers and Airbus users.
• Support business in defining activities to be externalized and the associated use cases.
• Support the Extended Enterprise architect in designing solutions and in delivering proof-of-concept projects.
• Act as project leader (or work package leader) for implementing, accepting and running the complete solution, coordinating with all stakeholders.
• Ensure monitoring and service continuity, incident and request management, change and demand management, and escalation handling.
• Improve awareness and usage of existing solutions and identify opportunities to harmonize the solution portfolio with the enterprise architecture.
• Foster harmonization and improvement of Extended Enterprise processes and solutions across core countries, acting as coordinator and facilitator with internal market and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in an IT operational environment, with a strong IT background and vision of the IT landscape.
• Good understanding of business requirements, customer service orientation and focus on quality deliverables.
• Experience in agile working mode.
• Ability to negotiate in French and English, and willingness to travel regularly in Europe.
• Eligibility for a security clearance or ability to obtain one.
