Export Control Compliance Manager – France

About the role

Airbus Commercial is seeking an Export Control Compliance Manager to join its Export Control department in Toulouse, France. You will be a key member of the compliance team, ensuring that all export and sanctions regulations are consistently applied across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process export licence applications for dual‑use, military items and sanctions‑related goods.
• Maintain and renew licences, ensuring accurate reporting and up‑to‑date records in the central database.
• Support product classification and validation according to EU Dual‑Use Regulation, the Wassenaar Arrangement and national control lists.
• Conduct Restricted Party Screening of customers, suppliers and partners.
• Collaborate with internal business units to mitigate compliance risks and support strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of national, European and international export control regulations.
• Experience in licence management, classification and restricted‑party screening.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work across functions.
