About the role
The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Managing Director for the EMEI region, providing high‑level administrative support and acting as the MD’s voice within the organisation. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, prepare reports and ensure confidential information is handled with discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Provide full executive assistance to the Managing Director, anticipating needs and resolving operational issues proactively.
- Manage a high‑volume, multi‑time‑zone calendar and arrange complex travel itineraries.
- Prepare, track and reconcile expense reports.
- Organise meetings, take minutes and produce reports or presentations as required.
- Coordinate visits from overseas head‑office teams and support retail and office teams across the region.
- Communicate company policies (travel, expenses) to relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a focal point for confidential information and liaise with other departments.
- Support the planning and execution of company events, off‑sites and ad‑hoc catering needs.
- Participate in new projects, offering solutions and delivering presentations in PowerPoint.
Required profile
- Highly organised with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong business judgement and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Trusted, discreet and capable of handling confidential information.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering timely, detail‑oriented results.
