Executive Assistant & Operations Manager

About the role

Emerton Data, the technology and data arm of a leading European strategy consulting firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant & Operations Manager for its Paris office. The role supports senior management, key accounts, and the day‑to‑day operations of a fast‑growing, international team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for sales activities, including report preparation, purchase tracking and targeted sales initiatives.
• Assist marketing and communication efforts by organising tech‑data‑AI events, media interviews and internal MeetUps.
• Support finance functions such as contract monitoring, invoicing, expense tracking and financing file management (e.g., research tax credit, innovation funding).
• Help Human Resources with onboarding, integration and off‑boarding of employees.
• Handle general administration tasks: travel arrangements, seminars, client meetings and miscellaneous consultant support.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Paris office to ensure smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in French and English.
• Curious, lively and comfortable handling a variety of tasks.
• Dynamic, autonomous with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in a similar high‑standard service role.
