ERP Solution Manager – S/4HANA (m/f)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Solution Owner / Integration Engineer (m/f) to join the Digital for Operation department in Toulouse. The role focuses on translating shop‑floor needs into end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes within the SAP landscape and driving the industrial transformation of Airbus operations.

Key responsibilities

• Translate shop‑floor operational needs into End‑to‑End Supply Chain and Demand processes within the SAP architecture.
• Act as a content authority to enforce the “Fit‑to‑Standard” approach and resolve roadblocks between processes and digital tools.
• Structure complex issues into actionable “Epics” and influence deployment priorities.
• Distill complex SAP logic into clear, business‑driven visualisations to secure senior stakeholder buy‑in.
• Facilitate collaboration between Information Management and production sites to deliver business value.

Required profile

• Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in highly regulated industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense.
• Proven expertise (5+ years) in ERP deployment with advanced knowledge of SAP modules, ideally S/4HANA.
• Connector mindset with ability to navigate SAFe/Agile methodologies, strong change‑management leadership, and talent for finding compromises.
• Fluency in English mandatory; French and/or German proficiency is a significant advantage.
