ERP Logistics Manager

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an ERP Logistics Manager to join its Digital for Operations department in Toulouse. You will act as the bridge between aerospace logistics requirements and SAP ERP, translating complex shop‑floor needs into agile delivery epics and ensuring the solution aligns with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops to capture operational needs and design end‑to‑end supply‑chain and logistics processes.
• Enforce a "Fit‑to‑Standard" SAP approach, minimizing local customisations and governing ERP investments.
• Create visual business‑driven presentations to secure senior stakeholder buy‑in.
• Redesign logistics flows to support aircraft production ramp‑up targets.
• Collaborate with IT and site operations to balance system standards with business value.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in highly regulated, complex industries, preferably aerospace.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional workshops and drive governance.
