ERP Change Engineer for S/4 Projects (M/F)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Change Engineer to support the global rollout of SAP S/4HANA across key industrial sites. You will work within the Airbus Resources Planning (ARP) team, combining change‑leadership expertise with Agile and AI‑driven methods to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a global change‑management plan for SAP S/4HANA adoption.
• Define the learning strategy and create training content using SAP Enable Now.
• Structure the deployment framework, run “Train the Trainer” sessions and lead post‑go‑live support.
• Drive project progress in both traditional and Agile/SAFe cycles, aligning deliverables with deployment milestones.
• Integrate AI tools to predict deployment risks and act as a strategic liaison between management and operational teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ERP transformation projects, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong background in change leadership, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to work in multicultural, transnational teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with AI‑based risk analysis is a plus.
