ERP / ARP Planning & Supply Specialist

About the role

Airbus is seeking an ERP / ARP Planning & Supply specialist to join the Airbus Resource Planning (ARP) program in Toulouse. You will work in an international, multi‑functional Agile team delivering SAP core models across Airbus sites, focusing on planning, procurement and supply processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a team member in the Planning & Supply team within a SAFe/Agile framework.
• Gather requirements, validate solutions, conduct testing and produce user documentation.
• Support deployment activities such as change management, data migration, cut‑over and hyper‑care support.
• Ensure integration of Planning & Supply with Finance, Manufacturing Engineering, Shop‑floor and Logistics.
• Collaborate with operations stakeholders, process owners and IT teams from discovery to go‑live.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Informatics, Supply‑Chain, Manufacturing Engineering or Production.
• Minimum 5 years experience in aerospace or other complex industries (e.g., automotive, defence).
• Strong end‑to‑end supply‑chain knowledge with detailed expertise in planning and supply.
• Advanced English (mandatory); French, German or Spanish are a plus.

Required skills

• SAP Supply‑Chain modules (e.g., MM, PP, S/4 HANA).
• SAFe Agile framework.
• Project management experience.
• Relevant SAP certifications (preferred).
