Equity Listing Intern

About the role

Euronext is looking for a results-driven Equity Listing Intern to join its Business Development team in Paris, reporting to the Business Development Manager. The internship starts ideally in January 2027 and lasts 6 months, within the Primary Markets department, which covers Equity, Debt and Funds securities and supports listed companies and potential IPO candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Help the Business Development team deliver the Primary Markets unit's 2027 ambitions, strengthening Euronext's position as a key listing venue.
• Support the listing franchise focus on tech companies, SMEs and ESG topics, and improve the commercial offering for existing and prospective issuers.
• Contribute to optimising the end-to-end customer experience for listed companies and improving Euronext's visibility to firms inside and outside its core geographies.
• Take part in harmonising regulatory frameworks and advocating for rules that strengthen European equity capital markets.
• Carry out project management, prepare presentations, run market sizing and activity benchmarking against competing exchanges, and do financial modelling and analysis.
• Contribute to the team's research on specific sectors and topics in equity capital markets, and ad hoc support listing sales teams with data analysis for commercial pitches.

Required profile

• Final or penultimate year of a master's degree in business, finance, engineering or political science.
• Previous experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, financial services or a large corporation is a plus.
• Good understanding of financial services.
• Excellent oral and written English; French is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, fast learner, proactive and entrepreneurial.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with a multicultural network of stakeholders.
