Enterprise AI Architecture Director

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise AI Architecture Director to shape the AI operating system for a global assurance leader. The role will define technical vision, architecture and processes that turn local AI experiments into trusted, production‑grade capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business journeys into AI technical strategy, architecture and implementation roadmaps.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to design reusable AI platforms, data assets and integration patterns.
• Define enterprise AI architecture encompassing models, agents, copilots, workflows and the AI Context Fabric & Semantic Platform.
• Design agentic process patterns for coordination, automation, escalation and certified expert judgment.
• Consolidate solutions into shared technical foundations such as backbones, archetype skeletons and component libraries.
• Manage the AI solution lifecycle from discovery through retirement, ensuring quality, security and production readiness.
• Implement evaluation, testing, monitoring and release processes to guarantee reliable AI performance.
• Embed defensibility, lineage tracking and regulatory controls into system design.
• Guide make‑vs‑buy decisions and technology selection to build differentiating assets.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in software architecture, AI platforms, distributed systems or enterprise‑scale digital platforms.
