Enterprise Account Executive – FinTech/RegTech (Paris)

About the role

We are looking for the first Enterprise Account Executive to drive high‑value sales for a fast‑growing RegTech/FinTech startup in Paris. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, targeting financial institutions that need a modern identity and compliance platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end enterprise deals ranging from €120K to €300K+, including strategy, RFP handling, negotiation and closure.
• Navigate long sales cycles (6–18 months) and influence multi‑stakeholder committees (Risk, Compliance, COO, Tech, C‑suite).
• Develop ROI narratives and shape the enterprise sales playbook.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to refine positioning and win strategic accounts.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, with 2–3 years in enterprise sales handling €100K+ deals.
• Proven track record selling complex technical or compliance‑driven solutions.
• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving, high‑accountability startup environment.
