Endpoint Security Architect (Windows, macOS, mobile, EDR/XDR)

About the role

Magellan, an international management and technology consulting group, is looking for an experienced Endpoint Security Architect to deliver high-value engagements for its large enterprise and mid-market clients. The role covers endpoint security (Windows, macOS, mobile) and EDR/XDR solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Intune.

Key responsibilities

• Audit endpoint security environments (Windows, macOS, mobile) and identify risks
• Design robust, scalable endpoint security architectures compliant with frameworks such as ANSSI and NIST
• Deploy and configure Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Intune, BitLocker and third-party EDR/XDR solutions
• Lead endpoint security projects (migration, hardening, segmentation)
• Support client teams with upskilling, knowledge transfer and security incident management
• Keep up with endpoint threats and protection solutions

Required profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science or cybersecurity
• At least 5 years of successful experience in workstation security
• Certified or willing to become certified (e.g. MD-102, SC-200)
• Fluent in French
• Good interpersonal skills, strong adaptability and a service-oriented mindset

Required skills

• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Intune, BitLocker, Azure AD
• Knowledge of market EDR/XDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, TrendMicro)
