Employee Advisor – French Speaker

About the role

The Employee Advisor will act as the primary liaison between HR and employees, ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle. This role focuses on engagement, wellbeing, and employee relations while supporting HR partners and line managers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee experience topics, including engagement, health, wellbeing and relations.
• Receive and triage employee grievances, coordinate escalations and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Advise HR partners and managers on legal requirements, best practices and internal policies.
• Promote awareness of people processes, support tools and internal policies across the organization.
• Communicate proactively with staff about updates and deliver training on experience‑related initiatives.
• Review monthly payroll inputs and verify eligibility for internal transfers.
• Educate employees on available wellbeing resources and support those on long‑term leave and their managers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve employee experience programs and conduct round‑table sessions at Tesla locations.

Required profile

• Solid experience in local HR operations.
• Ability to manage multiple employee cases simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for employee wellbeing and objective support.
• Trusted with confidential information and resilient in stressful situations.
