EAME Sub-Regional Lead, Digital Technology Services

About the role

IFF's Digital Technology Services (DTS) organization delivers reliable, secure and user-focused technology solutions. As DTS EAME Sub-Regional Lead, you coordinate site technology support, service delivery, stakeholder engagement and operational performance across an assigned sub-region, ensuring consistent, customer-focused services for manufacturing sites, offices, laboratories and innovation locations. The role partners with the Regional DTS Director, site leaders, the Global Service Desk, infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, project delivery teams, vendors and facilities partners.

Key responsibilities

• People leadership: lead, coach and develop DTS team members, foster a collaborative culture and support employee growth and performance.
• Service delivery and operations: manage incidents, requests, tasks, changes, escalations and backlogs, follow ServiceNow workflows, and monitor performance and service quality.
• Stakeholder and site engagement: partner with site leaders and facilities teams to clarify support ownership and build trusted relationships across locations.
• Project and change coordination: coordinate global and regional deployments, upgrades, pilots and transitions, ensure site readiness and adoption planning, and support post-implementation stability.
• Compliance, cyber hygiene and risk: support endpoint compliance, asset management accuracy, access governance, audit readiness, cybersecurity awareness and remediation, and risk mitigation.
• Vendor, asset and lifecycle management: coordinate vendor activities, support hardware lifecycle planning, procurement inputs, inventory visibility and vendor performance monitoring.
• Continuous improvement: identify recurring issues, strengthen knowledge management and process adherence, and promote automation and self-service.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in digital workplace, site technology, infrastructure, service delivery or end-user technology environments.
• Experience leading or coordinating technical resources across multiple sites, countries or business-critical operations.
• Experience supporting international manufacturing, R&D, office or hybrid workplace environments.
• Proven leadership, coaching, prioritization and coordination skills across geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong English communication skills; additional local language is an advantage depending on the sub-region.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms (ticket quality, queue management, SLA monitoring and reporting).
• Knowledge of ITSM practices (incident, request, change, problem, backlog and escalation management).
• Ability to analyze operational data and reporting to identify service trends, risks and SLA concerns.
• Preferred: Microsoft 365, Windows modern management, endpoint lifecycle management, mobile device support, AV/VC, LAN/Wi-Fi/SD-WAN, identity management and cybersecurity fundamentals.
