Digital Product Owner – Data Regulatory Compliance Solutions

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead the development of data regulatory compliance solutions. Based in Toulouse, you will work at the intersection of technology, security and regulatory requirements, ensuring our IT services meet GDPR, ITAR and other data protection standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own product backlog in Jira, define road‑maps and MVPs, and drive Agile delivery with development, security and compliance teams.
• Integrate regulatory requirements into ServiceNow workflows and Confluence compliance matrices.
• Evaluate cloud, encryption and AI‑driven compliance tools, and manage vendor compliance through ServiceNow.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment, translate business needs into actionable user stories and change‑management plans.
• Monitor solution performance with Splunk/ELK, produce incident reviews and support audit reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of IT infrastructure experience, with 2‑3 years in product management or solution delivery.
• Experience in highly regulated sectors such as defence, aerospace or healthcare.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership abilities; fluent English.
