Digital IT Product Manager – TechRequest

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Digital IT Product Manager for the TechRequest application, based in Toulouse, France. The role sits within the IM Customer Services team and supports Airbus programmes and customer‑engagement activities by digitising airline technical query handling.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, vision and go‑to‑market strategy for the TechRequest case‑management platform.
• Translate business requirements into a prioritized backlog in close collaboration with the Business Product Owner.
• Own continuous release management, ensuring delivery meets time, cost and quality targets.
• Partner with architecture teams to design solutions using AWS, Skywise, SAP and COTS components in line with the enterprise architecture.
• Advocate for end‑users to guarantee a seamless UX, customer centricity and high business value for airlines and MROs.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience in digital product and project management, preferably in cloud (AWS), SAP and Skywise environments.
• Strong knowledge of functional or technical architecture and experience with digital industrialisation.
• Proven stakeholder‑management and leadership abilities in complex, multi‑disciplinary settings.
• Advanced proficiency in French and professional working proficiency in English.
