Digital IT Product Manager for Resolve Fleet Issues

About the role

Airbus is looking for a Digital IT Product Manager to lead the evolution of applications that support the resolution of in‑service fleet issues. You will work within a 15‑person team delivering innovative IT solutions for Airline Services & Support, ensuring compliance with regulations and contributing to the digital transformation of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of applications that document and drive the resolution of fleet issues.
• Analyse business needs and propose IT solutions – from standard market software to custom or cloud‑based architectures – aligned with Enterprise Architecture and IM strategy.
• Own Continuous Release Management and define the go‑to‑market strategy for the product and service line.
• Act as an End‑User Advocate, gathering feedback to shape product vision and ensure usability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Agile or Waterfall methods to deliver high‑quality releases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing IT products, preferably in aerospace or airline services.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (e.g., Export Control, Part‑IS).
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
