Developer Advocate (France)

About the role

Adapty helps mobile apps manage in-app purchases and paywalls, powering 20,000+ apps and processing more than $3 billion in subscriptions annually. It is looking for a Developer Advocate based in France to build its French developer community from close to zero.

Key responsibilities

• Build the French Adapty developer community from close to zero.
• Show up at French mobile and developer events and speak when it makes sense.
• Run Adapty's own meetups, webinars and workshops in France.
• Create content for French developers.
• Build relationships with local communities, organisers and companies.
• Pass interested teams met at events to the Sales team.

Required profile

• You want to build a developer community and have the energy to do it.
• You have run or helped run a community, spoken at events, or understand how developer communities work.
• You like being around developers.
• You are based in France and speak French and English.
• No knowledge of subscriptions or the product is needed; it will be taught to you.

Nice to have

• Google Developer Expert status.
• Speaking experience at meetups or conferences.
• Your own developer content such as a YouTube channel, blog or podcast.
• A mobile development background.
