Dessinateur Projeteur Béton Armé (H/F)

About the role

We are looking for a Reinforced Concrete Draftsperson (H/F) to join our structural engineering office in Vertou, near Nantes. Reporting to the Head of the Reinforced Concrete department, you will produce detailed formwork and reinforcement drawings for industrial, commercial, residential and small‑scale building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare formwork and rebar plans from technical dossiers and structural calculation reports for various building types.
• Collect and organise all technical data required to generate accurate construction drawings.
• Apply French building regulations (thermal performance, accessibility, fire safety) to the design.
• Draft specifications, hand‑over dossiers (DOE), and quantity take‑offs.
• Coordinate with the main contractor and other technical trades to resolve reservations and ensure design feasibility.
• Propose technical solutions adapted to project‑specific constraints.
• Maintain client satisfaction and conduct site visits as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor‑level education in construction (BTS Bâtiment, Licence or BUT Génie Civil).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar drafting or design role.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, autonomy and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit (advantageous).
