Data Manager – Digital Directorate (Toulouse)

About the role

ATR is seeking a Data Manager to lead its data initiatives within the Digital Directorate. Based in the Toulouse area, you will oversee a small internal team and drive the creation of a robust data and AI ecosystem that supports the entire organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of four data professionals, providing coaching and performance oversight.
• Define and monitor the budget and procurement orders for data projects.
• Design and execute the technical roadmap for data platforms, currently involving SAP BW, Microsoft Power BI, MS Fabric, and HP Ezmeral.
• Implement data availability and security solutions such as APIs, ELT pipelines, enterprise bus, and Lambda architecture.
• Lead data governance activities, including classification, traceability, sharing, and cataloguing, in partnership with business owners.
• Participate in the management of IT outsourcing contracts.

Required profile

• More than 10 years of experience in IT and data management.
• Strong leadership and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.
