Cyber Security Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to join our security team, which combines Red, Purple and Blue team expertise together with risk and compliance specialists. You will help shape our security architecture, improve detection and response capabilities, and embed security into the design and operation of our systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify security weaknesses and design durable, scalable solutions for our architecture.
• Enhance platforms and automation that support detection, investigation and response.
• Drive remediation by turning investigations and lessons learned into structural improvements.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Development and SRE teams to embed security throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop tools, frameworks and workflows that increase team efficiency and reduce operational friction.
• Contribute to a forward‑looking security roadmap, exploring new technologies and approaches.

Required profile

• Proven ability to investigate incidents end‑to‑end and implement lasting remediation.
• Experience identifying weaknesses, proposing pragmatic hardening measures and influencing infra/dev/product teams.
• Solid understanding of secure architectures for cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Experience building or improving logging, monitoring and detection pipelines.
• Practical experience with Microsoft and/or open‑source ecosystems, scripting/automation and DevOps/SRE environments.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical findings into clear recommendations.
• Fluent in French and professional English.
