We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Analyst to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. The role focuses on handling inbound customer emails, delivering clear and accurate responses, and ensuring a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse incoming customer emails to identify issues, questions, or requests.
• Compose professional, solution‑oriented replies that adhere to company policies and service level agreements.
• Document each interaction and resolution in the support system.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex cases efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Required profile

• Excellent written English with strong grammar and spelling.
• Experience using email management tools and customer support software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with basic data entry and documentation practices.
