Customer Success Manager – Enterprise Accounts

About the role

The Customer Success Manager will design and execute repeatable strategies that drive technology adoption for AvePoint’s enterprise customers. You will act as the bridge between sales, technical support, and customers to ensure successful onboarding, product usage, and long‑term satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop success plans with measurable metrics to support product onboarding, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with enterprise accounts, coordinating support and solution delivery while serving as a trusted advisor.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations across the customer’s portfolio.
• Align AvePoint’s product suite to meet each customer’s business needs.
• Use NPS and other data to create individualized success plans.
• Collaborate with account managers on sales strategies to drive adoption and renewal.
• Monitor adoption status and support history to shape overall success strategy.
• Identify obstacles, devise corrective actions, and steer customers toward success.
• Become an expert on AvePoint applications and conduct executive business reviews, including onsite visits when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise customer relationships and driving product adoption.
• Ability to develop and execute detailed success plans and metrics.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales, account management, and technical support teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for executive business reviews.
• Track record of guiding customers through renewal cycles and achieving retention goals.
