Customer Service Representative – Entry Level

About the role

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative where you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality support across multiple channels. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop expertise in order management, e‑commerce assistance, and problem resolution while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails regarding orders, pricing, tracking, cancellations, returns, and general inquiries.
• Manage order processing and customer data updates using SAP ERP and OneView CRM.
• Assist distribution partners with e‑commerce portal functions and monitor sales orders through shipping and invoicing.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain phone coverage and turn challenging interactions into long‑term loyalty.
• Provide accurate, professional, and courteous service throughout the customer journey.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED; no prior experience required.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and general computer applications; SAP experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and respond proactively.
• Basic mathematical skills and strong teamwork orientation.
