Customer Experience Consultant – French Speaker

About the role

Maersk is looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to join its Villeneuve team. You will act as the main point of contact for small and mid‑sized customers, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end shipment processes and delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete shipment lifecycle for Essential Services customers, following all company procedures.
• Resolve customer issues promptly by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a customer portfolio, monitor financial status, and deepen business knowledge.
• Respond to daily emails and calls, providing timely and professional support.
• Coordinate ocean shipments and related logistics tasks.
• Build strong relationships with offshore teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Apply problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to address complex situations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong communication abilities.
• Fluency in English and French (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and adapt to changes.
