Creative Strategist

About the role

Laboratoires üma is seeking its first Creative Strategist to shape the creative system that drives growth for a fast‑growing, science‑backed women’s midlife health brand. You will translate deep customer insights into compelling ad concepts that resonate with women over 45, helping them feel seen and understood.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ad angles, hooks, and concepts based on verbatim customer feedback and research.
• Collaborate with the Head of Growth to test creative ideas and iterate based on performance data.
• Work closely with the Art Director to balance performance goals with premium brand standards.
• Coordinate production of assets at pace, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
• Analyze campaign results and feed insights back into the brief creation process.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, especially in health or wellness sectors.
• Ability to think strategically while staying hands‑on with creative execution.
• Experience turning qualitative insights into measurable advertising concepts.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.
