CORE IT Product Manager (m/f)

About the role

The Information Management Directorate at Airbus Helicopters is seeking a CORE IT Product Manager to support the Digital Design Manufacturing & Services (DDMS) program. Based at the Marignane site, you will act as the IM representative, ensuring the continuity and evolution of IT solutions across the entire product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from conception to retirement.
• Define product and service strategy and translate the product vision into a prioritized backlog.
• Collaborate with business owners and methods & tools teams to align technical constraints with business needs.
• Manage backlog sizing, prioritisation, and sprint planning.
• Coordinate change‑management activities, including application maintenance and support.
• Ensure Service Desk guides are up‑to‑date and organise end‑user support.
• Oversee subcontractor activities within the support process.

Required profile

• Strong team spirit with open, transparent communication.
• Problem‑solving mindset and basic understanding of IT infrastructures and architectures.
• Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN); lean experience is a plus.
• Excellent networking and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Advanced written and spoken English and French.
